Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) are highly independent practitioners who work to train and supervise the work of RBTs and BCaBAs, train parents and caretakers on the ABA techniques relevant to their child's program, devise skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment plans for children with developmental delays, and provide continuous supervision and revisions of existing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). This and all of our positions require travel as we are strictly a provider of behavioral services in the natural environment.  All candidates must have reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Behavioral / Developmental Intakes & Assessments

  • Functional Assessments

  • Train & supervise the work of RBTs

  • Train parents / caretakers on the use of ABA techniques in the natural environment

  • Create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • BIP supervision & revision

  • Attend IEP meetings & provide school consultations

  • Conduct training seminars for RBTs and BCaBAs 

  • Conduct parent training seminars

  • Conduct ACE Workshops for other board certified professionals in the field

  • Graphing, charting, table and other visual data displays

  • Descriptive statistics

  • Behavior Report writing

  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

  • Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients

  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Outstanding social skills

  • Excellent observational and analytical skills

  • Candidates must be patient, flexible, energetic, self-motivated, creative and must work well in a team environment

  • Attend CPR and First Aid training courses

  • Pass criminal background check

 

Pay Rate:  Varies depending on experience and education
